RO'UM on Hunseby Kirkevej near Maribo is a Lolland spirit distilled from sugar beet juice blended with apple juice and aged on wood — acacia, chestnut or oak, in three variants. The product is naturally fermented and distilled without added flavourings. Visits are arranged in advance via ro-um.dk and include tastings.
