Askø Strand

Askø Strand lies west of Askø Harbour on the small island of Askø in the Småland Sea, reached by ferry from the north coast of Lolland. It is an inviting beach with fine sand and almost no stones, and in the bathing season a bathing jetty is erected. Askø is connected to the neighbouring island of Lilleø via a causeway, and the two islands offer cosy lagoons and a rich birdlife. Genuine, undisturbed island idyll for those who want to unwind.
